CF-300 Spectrophotometer

It is a next-generation hybrid benchtop/camera spectrophotometer. Designed to meet the needs of modern production, the system is produced with production integration in mind and can measure non-contact color up to 5 times per second.

The world's first non-contact device with a 1 mm measuring area for small areas.high speed spectrophotometer

PROMOTION

Color control on small parts or details poses additional challenges for manufacturers and the value chain.
Although small details are used as indicators of visual flair and quality, they are the most difficult to control. Typical sphere-based spectrophotometers with a small aperture of 3 mm require color control of such parts to be left to the eye or to parallel technologies. This can make communication with suppliers, specification and color control a subjective, costly and imprecise process.

The CF-300 allows both laboratory and production teams to measure and control color and color difference even on small parts.

Because the CF-300 is a sphere-based instrument, its color data is closely related to other sphere-based spectrophotometers used elsewhere in the color development specification and quality control process.

The CF-300 is unique on the market, it is the only solution that can measure such a small area so accurately and at such high speed.

The CF-300 is ideal for a variety of high-value industries such as consumer electronics, watches, glasses, cosmetics, etc., which can benefit from its small measuring aperture, rapid measurement and integration into high-tech production systems.

  • Measures 8mm (MAV) or 1mm x 0.75mm (XUSAV)

  • Non-contact measuring area 8mm or 1 x 0.75mm

  • Compatible with camera mount for precise or automatic alignment, ideal for system integration

  • Measurement up to 5 times per second

  • Color data correlated with other sphere-based spectrophotometers

The CF-300 offers a solution to manufacturers who need high-precision spot measurements that are difficult or impossible to position manually. A traditional spectrophotometer, even with a sample imager, can be difficult to align on smaller sample areas. Using the CF-300's wider illumination/imaging area and camera viewfinder, manual or robotic alignment of the dot offers greatly improved accuracy and repeatability. The CF-300 can also be mounted on an x-y robot to automate the measurement of one or more positions and can measure at the smallest spot size of 1 mm x 0.75 mm.
